Theresa Rodriguez-Moodie, PhD.
Position: Manager, Environmental Management Services


Dr. Rodriguez-Moodie is an Environmental Scientist with a PhD in Geography. She has over 7 years of experience as an environmental analyst and project manager with a background in Geography. She has successfully managed several local and international projects. Her professional experience as an environmental management specialist includes project management, research and consulting for studies/projects such as impact assessments, resource assessments, strategic assessments, climate change studies, legal and institutional reviews, environmental permit/ licence applications and processes, and policy review and preparation.

She is currently in charge of three practice areas at ESL: Environmental Risk Management and Climate Change, Pollution Prevention and Control and Environmental Planning and Sustainable Management. Dr. Rodriguez-Moodie has worked on several projects for local, regional and international clients.

Her specialist skills are in Geographical Information Systems (GIS), conservation, coastal geomorphology, marine and coastal zone management, watershed management, hazard analysis and mitigation, disaster risk management, impact assessments and vulnerability and risk assessments.

Annmarie-Barnett


Annmarie Goulbourne M.Sc.
Position: Senior Environmental Analyst


Mrs. Annmarie Goulbourne is a Senior Environmental Analyst at Environmental Solutions Limited (ESL) and is a certified environmental professional with the Institute of Professional Environmental Practice.
She was a commonwealth scholar with a Master’s of Science in Forestry from the University of Bangor in Wales. Mrs. Goulbourne was recently trained in natural resource valuation under the project “Piloting Natural Resources Valuation within Environmental Impact Assessment”. She holds a Bachelors’ of Science Degree in Agriculture Science, and Environmental and Natural Resource Management from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago.

At ESL, she leads the consultancy service area of: Environmental Risk Management and also works closely with other team members in the other consultancy service areas. She has worked with a team of professionals, over the past seven years, on several environmental and social assessments, policy institutional and legislative assessments, vulnerability and risk assessments, disaster risk management plans, and national adaptation strategies and action plans who contribute significantly to the implementation of sound environmental management principles..

She has successfully managed several local and regional projects in recent years and continues to build her professional expertise as she believes that “the sky is the limit” when it comes to personal and professional development.

Abigail-McIntosh


Abigail McIntosh, BA
Position: Environmental Analyst


Abigail McIntosh is a graduate of St. John’s University in Queens, New York with a background in Environmental Studies with a minor in Physics. She currently serves as an Environmental Analyst and Project Officer at ESL. Ms. McIntosh’s current tasks include coordinating and preparing environmental technical documents and regulatory filings, which involves preparing and submitting environmental permit applications, negotiating permit conditions with agencies, and overseeing pre-construction, construction and post-construction permit compliance for multiple projects. As a Project officer she is responsible for liaising with and engaging external technical consultants and regulatory agencies as needed, and manages all aspects of client contracts under her portfolio. Abigail previously served as Deputy Quality Manager where she assisted with Quality Assurance and Quality Control of the ISO 17025 accredited ESL Quality and Environmental Health Laboratory. She has worked on a number of projects spanning a vast range of disciplines including renewable energy projects, wastewater management, housing development construction, ambient and indoor air quality, sustainable development and capacity building projects, etc. and she performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Ms. McIntosh has also gained experience in conducting water and air quality sampling exercises, analysis and preparation of environmental monitoring reports, preparing project proposals and in managing and documenting project budgets, etc.
